Fabius Labs is looking for a strategic thinking Account / Project Manager to manage digital projects including web, app, and software interface. You must drive and manage the internal team and client communications keeping projects on schedule and on budget. You will be responsible for planning and prioritizing deliverables across Strategy, UX, Visual Design, and Development. You're a master at keeping both the internal team and the client happy while driving the delivery of world-class work.

  • You have experience drafting statements of work and supporting new business including serving as the point of contact, discussing agency capabilities and pricing.
  • You are able to develop and manage detailed project schedules through strategy, ux, design, and development.
  • You have experience managing client relationships, expectations, schedules and budgets.
  • You are able to clearly communicate goals and objectives of the client keeping the team and project on track.
  • You are able to build strong relationships and trust with clients.
  • You understand your project team and are able to develop solutions when challenges arise.
  • Organization and attention to detail is a must.
  • You're comfortable working within fast pace timelines.
  • Ability to synthesize client feedback, determine action items and ensure the team understands next steps.
  • You are a conductor, creating synergy with all involved. You make the entire project run smoothly.
  • You are a master at balancing the needs and satisfaction of the client with the health and happiness of the internal team.
